RentBot, a division of Execom, collects the contact details and rental preferences you submit so we can respond to your enquiry, plan the fleet and arrange a rental if you choose to proceed.

We store enquiries with Supabase and host this website on Vercel. These providers process information on our behalf, and their infrastructure may be outside Canada. Website security uses a keyed hash of your network address to limit abusive requests. Card details are handled by Stripe. We store payment references, amounts, booking agreements and the contact information needed to administer your reservation.

Your enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email. We do not sell your personal information. We restrict enquiry access to the team handling the service and use encrypted connections.

We keep enquiry information while handling your request and retain booking and payment records for contract administration, refunds and applicable accounting obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your enquiry, through the contact form. Include your enquiry reference if you have one. Records that we must keep for a legal obligation may be retained.

This launch site does not operate rental robots or collect robot camera recordings. Any confirmed rental involving cameras or sensors will have separate operating and privacy terms.
